Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Consultant to drive
business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and
converting prospects into customers. The role involves understanding client
requirements, presenting suitable products/services, building strong customer
relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and
networking.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable
products/services.
Present, promote, and sell company offerings to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate deals.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/software.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Problem-solving and customer handling skills.
